Registered Nurses


 

Kathleen Kelly, RN, BSN

Ms. Kelly joined Vascular Surgery Associates in 2019 with long experience in Cardiac Care Nursing and the past several years providing preoperative and recovery nursing. She received her BSN from Southern Connecticut University. In the past she has worked in Connecticut, Georgia and Maryland in various critical care settings and outpatient centers.

 

Susan Blackstock, RN

Ms. Blackstock recently joined Vascular Surgery Associates after a 20+ year history specializing in interventional cardiovascular procedures at St. Joseph Medical Center and most recently Upper Chesapeake Medical Center. She provides direct patient care in the pre and postoperative setting.

 

Mary Fisher, RN

Ms. Fisher recently joined Vascular Surgery Associates, in 2018, with a nursing history that includes Medical/Surgical nursing for several years and 14 years in the Coronary Intensive Care Unit at Georgetown Medical Center. Most recently, she has worked PRN at Vascular Surgery Associates in Lutherville and additionally is an adjunct faculty at CCBC, Catonsville in the Nursing School Simulation Lab. Ms. Fisher received her BSN in Nursing from The University of Vermont. She provides direct patient care in the preoperative and postoperative environment.

 

Andrea Sonntag, RN

Andrea (Andi) joined Vascular Surgery Associates in 2019. She brings over 15 years experience in the Cardiovascular field. After beginning at Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center, she further advanced her nursing experience in the Cardiac Cath Lab at University of Maryland at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center providing pre, post and intra-operative care in a variety of cardiac and vascular interventions.

 

Marsha Kelly, RN, BSN

Marsha joins VSA after working many years at a teaching hospital and a Cardiovascular Institute. She has a strong background in cardiology, cardiac catherization laboratories, interventional radiology and numerous vascular procedures. She enjoys helping people and especially vascular patients live their best life!

 

Michelle Johnson, RN, BSN

Michelle joined Vascular Surgery Associates in January 2019 after 4 years of home care with Visiting Nurses Association of MD. Prior to that, she worked at University of Maryland, Shock Trauma Center for 7 years. She received her BSN from Johns Hopkins University. Michelle provides direct patient care in the pre- and postoperative setting.
