Brad Russell, PA-C

Mr. Russell joined Vascular Surgery Associates in 2014. He has extensive experience in cardiovascular surgery. Mr. Russell previously worked in the cardiac surgery department at University of Maryland/St. Joseph Medical Center. His responsibilities include assisting in surgery, hospital and office based duties, including pre-op and post-op patient care.

 

Robert Dougherty, PA-C

Mr. Dougherty joined Vascular Surgery Associates in 2014. He received his Physician Assistant Certificate from Anne Arundel Community College and Master of Medical Science from St. Francis University. Mr. Dougherty assists in the operating room and with patient care in the hospital and office.

 

Nicole L. Ogle, PA-C

Ms. Ogle joined Vascular Surgery Associates in 2019. She received her Physician Assistant Certificate from Anne Arundel Community College and Master of Medical Science from St. Francis University. Ms. Ogle previously worked with the Cardiology and Hospitalist services at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center. Her responsibilities include patient care in the office.

 

Lucas Spaeth, PA-C

Mr. Spaeth joined Vascular Surgery Associates in 2021. He received his Physician Assistant Certificate from Anne Arundel Community College and Master of Health Sciences from University of Maryland Baltimore. His responsibilities include patient care in the office and hospital as well as assisting in the operating room.

 

Bill Mahaffy, PA-C

Mr. Mahaffy joined Vascular Surgery Associates in 2023. He received his Physician Assistant Certificate from The George Washington School of Medicine and Health Sciences in 1994. He has experience in Cardiothoracic/Vascular surgery, Critical Care and Hospital Medicine. His responsibilities include management of hospitalized vascular surgery patients including pre and postoperative care, surgical assisting and office based duties.

Bill Mahaffy

 

Roxanna Nemec, PA-C

Roxanna Nemec, PA-C, joined VSA in August 2023. She graduated the Physician Assistant program at Gannon University in 1999. With 20 years of surgical specialty experience in Carroll County, her responsibilities will continue to include inpatient care, assisting in the operating room, office follow-up and wound care.
